About This Gin
Named after a river in Toyama, Japan, and designed by English bartender Dee Davies, this Scottish made gin takes inspiration from all over the world. This gin uses a number of traditional botanicals including juniper, coriander and angelica, as well as the more unusual cherry blossom and yuzu.
Our Opinion
It’s a very citrusy and refreshing gin, and the yuzu definitely adds another dimension. It is heavily juniper reliant, which is as it should be, but with a subtle twist. Apparently the perfect serve would be a slice of green apple!
